Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds for this class. As it is a semi-private class (meaning there is one instructor and only two students) it is important to note that registering your seat fills 50% of the class. Please do not register if you can not attend the four consecutive weeks as it takes the opportunity away from another eager potter. River Ceramics is not responsible for providing make-up classes or issuing refunds for classes missed as a result of your illness, injury, emergencies, weather conditions or any situation beyond our control. In the case of a weather-related studio closing, the class session will be rescheduled for the following Tuesday or Friday and the syllabus schedule will be pushed back. Our classes are lesson-based and structured week to week for beginners to reach success. In the event that a student misses a class and the lesson must be given on an individual basis, an additional “catch-up” fee will be applied to aid in getting the student back on track. This fee ranges from $45-75 depending on whether the lesson can be scheduled during open studio hours or must be scheduled outside of our standard schedule.
