Service Description
Ignite your creativity at the studio for a hands-on experience crafting glowing masterpieces. We have hundreds of textures, cutters, and stencils to add to your own unique accents and themes. These will bring warmth and ambience to any space indoors or outdoors. For some inspiration , try image searching: “luminaries clay designs. Your instructor will guide you through the slab technique we will use to craft both the candle holder and the luminary. After we will carve out, cut, or use a hole cutter to help let the light shine through. Finally, we will use molds and forms to form our work. You will use scoring and slip to “glue” your luminary together or to add feet to your candleholder. This workshop is for beginners or experienced potters. Children under ten might need some parental assistance. The cost is $50 and includes all tools, clay, firing and expert instruction. The studio can glaze your work for free or for a $10 charge you can come and add extra customization for a glazing session.

Cancellation Policy
Please review our rescheduling/cancellation policies before booking. We have these policies in place to provide proper support to the employee(s) and artist(s) booked specifically for your event along with the fact that another customer may have wished to book this event if the space/time was available. We are a small business aiming to provide the best service possible to our guests, patrons, and studio members. To receive a full refund or the option for free rescheduling, the studio must be notified at least 5 days prior to the event date. Any refund offered may be subject to a 4% processing fee. Any time period less than 5 days but more than 2 days prior to the event will result in a rescheduling/cancellation fee equal to 50% of the cost of your workshop or event. We do not allow rescheduling within 48 hours of the class and no refunds will be offered for cancellations.
