Cancellation Policy
For a full refund or free rescheduling, you must notify us 5 days before your scheduled appointment. There will be NO reschedule/cancellation within 48 hours of the class, and no refund will be offered. Any refund offered may be subject to a 4% processing fee. We have this policy in place to protect our employees and artists who are booked specifically for this event, and also other customers who might have had a chance to book if the seat was available. Please understand we are a small service based business and lots of planning and supplies go into making these classes possible. Please be aware this is one of the most generous cancellation and rescheduling policies in our industry, and please don't give our staff a hard time for adhering to it- they are just doing their job. Thank you for understanding!
